Amtech Elevator Services is looking for an experienced professional to
lead the field operations of a growing modernization and repair business
in the Bay area. The successful candidate must have the ability to
direct, supervise and motivate efficient performance of modernization
and repair jobs. Responsibilities include: ensuring quality, project
completions within target hours, managing the safety program; managing,
scheduling and expenditure of project labor, material and other assets;
performing and managing technical surveys and estimates; field education
and safety training; quality assurance for both Amtech and our
customers. Other responsibilities include efficiently scheduling labor
resources, managing an operating budget, supporting the sale of
equipment upgrades and identifying and driving efficiency improvements
in our modernization and new equipment operations and conducting
frequent elevator equipment audits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
5-7 years elevator industry experience preferred. General mechanical or
electrical knowledge required. Candidates must be strong proponents of
standard installation processes and solid EH&S programs. They must also
be self-motivated with strong leadership, organizational, communication
and time management skills.
