Department: Plant Operations Salary: DOE Hours: Full-time, days Location: Hospital Main Campus This is an exciting opportunity for secure career development and growth within a rapidly expanding hospital environment! The Electrician's responsibilities include the maintenance, inspection, repair, and installation of hospital electrical equipment, and communication systems. This to include, but is not limited to, emergency generators and associated switchgear, support equipment, 480 volt and lower distribution equipment including motor control centers, automatic transfer switches and control devices such as Variable Frequency drive units. The incumbent will also be responsible for installation of new circuitry for lighting and convenience circuits. Interested candidates must have: high school graduate or equivalent, at least 5 years experience in construction, installation, or maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, and a Washington State Electrical Journeyman Card. Previous hospital or medical equipment maintenance experience is preferred.
