Our full life-cycle systems capabilities include system design, integration and test, software development engineering, and maintenance and integrated logistics support. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people involved with specialized logistics projects and be proficient in performing logistics engineering and/or logistics support analyses, such as: reliability, maintainability, and supportability; DMSMS, obsolescence management, configuration management; provisioning; technical data (including technical manuals and drawings) development, evaluation, and management; engineering change development, evaluation, and implementation; product quality or material deficiency management; parts failure trend analyses; ILS planning. The selected candidate will perform these analyses with and for Government and contractor personnel involved in life cycle maintenance of shipboard electronics systems, and related subsystems and equipment. The candidate will be required to communicate with many internal and external customers, both verbal and written communication skills are required. Being able to estimate work load and assign tasking to a 14 person section is a must. The position is very rewarding for the right candidate. This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
